FICO shear spray bars

The FICO shear spray bars are used for the cooling and lubrication of glass gob shears.
The thickness of these sprayers (8mm or 13mm) enables the mounting between the spout and the shear blades : spraying can be done either above or below the shears.
Recommended for high speed feeders.
Available for Single, Double, Triple or Quad Gob process.
No maintenance required.
FEATURES
- fabricated in stainless steel,
- 2 separate inlets, one for air and one for lubricant,
- low overall dimensions : thickness 13 mm (ultra low thickness 8 mm),
- no gaskets and no moving parts,
- low pressure lubricant supply : ~ 0,2 b,
- air pressure supply : 1,2 up to 2,5 b,
- operational on high speed feeders : up to 150 cuts per minute (600 gobs per minute for a quad machine),
- mounting in any position,
- supplied with 2 stainless steel flexible hoses, length 1750mm, inlet 1/8” BSP,
- All spray bars are available in all processes : SG - DG - TG - QG and all axis : 3’’ - 4’’3/8,
- recommended with the use of FICO Air / Mixture Regulator Unit réf. BRM2210-EB.
