FICO air / mixture regulation cabinets

The high performance regulation cabinet is used to automatically maintain and adjust air and mixture pressure over the sprayers on each feeder. It
enables the spraying of the glass shears discontinuously, at a rate of up to 150 cuts per minute.
One cabinet unit is installed on each of the feeder platforms.
Manufactured in stainless steel, for a possible use with demineralized water.
Overall dimensions : stainless steel box 600 x 400 x 200mm. Drive by Central PLC (ex. T600 …).
Recommended with the use of FICO shear spraying bars ref. ATO2510 (SG), ATO2524 (DG) et ATO2530 (TG).

MIXTURE
- Mixture inlet with quick coupling 5,5 mm dia.
- Stainless steel strainer.
- Solenoid valve (normally open).
- Needle valve for flow / pressure adjustement to the optimum level.
- Manometer /pressure switch / digital flowrate sensor.
- Back-up supply with stainless steel strainer.
- 4 mixture outlets, connection 1/8“ BSP.
- Electrical supply 24 Volts DC - rated 1 A.
AIR
- Air inlet with quick coupling 1/4” BSP.
- Air electric-distributor régulator included.
- Manometer 0 - 6 bars.
